Can no longer arm remotely - ElkM1

I recently noticed that I can't arm my M1 remotely with either CQC or EKeypad. All I see in the logs is Access Keypad over and over, I can disarm fine. My firmware is 4.6.8, is anyone else experiencing this? Are there any settings that can cause this?

Does the user have the 'access' checked?

I would make a new user/code and uncheck the "Access" authorization. Then log in as that user in CGC or eKeypad and try arming.
