Cannot change temp with Snaplink

So I am using Snaplink to connect to my Omni II LTe, which I have 2 Omnistat thermostats connected.  In Snaplink I see the thermostats, with the correct temps and settings showing, but when I try to change the temp after a couple of seconds the set point goes back to what it was and the thermostat does not update.  Any ideas why I cannot change the temp with Snaplink?

Just looked here with Wintel Snaplink. 
 
Playing around I saw that if I leave the Omnistat2 on hold and raise the set point temperature for heat a couple of degrees it will go up then back down to the hold setting.  If I remove the hold setting then raise it two degrees the thermostat will stay at the new setpoint.  This is the same that I see with the Omnitouch Screens and Omnitouch Pro software.
 
I then went looking at the OmniStat2 User guide.  (Note this is only if you are using the Hold feature / button).
