Carbon Dioxide detector

Does anyone know if an alarm panel compatible carbon DIOXIDE (co2) NOT monoxide? I am trying to measure air quality in my house and turn on the air exchangers if the level is too high.

A quick google search uncovered several. They seem to have contacts that would allow you to hook them into an ELK or similar system.

Some Honeywell units

None of them look inexpensive - all around $300-$400 per unit. I don't have any experience with any of these units or stores - just passing on what I found. Personally I would check with some local HVAC supply houses because it looks like this might be a fairly common device in certain commercial settings.
