Combining ElkM1, CentraLite (LJ), & UPB

Has anyone here combined an ElkM1, CentraLite (LiteJet), & UPB? I am thinking about designing around a system that uses all three. I am currently unsure if I can control a switched outlet via LiteJet scenes but I know I can control one through UPB.

Through the Elk. You can though use StarLite (by Centralite) and combine it with the LiteJet system.
