Hi,
I am multidropping a number of Temperature sensors using Hobby Boards Temp Sensor kits. I now want to connect another DS18B20 onto the network, it has a 2m flying lead on it and the easiest way would be to connect it into an adjacent temp board using the screw terminals.
So, the question, is this likely to give problems ? With such a short cable length, do people think that I'll get away with doing this ?
Assuming that this will be OK, what about extending the flying lead so that I can move the temperature board farther away - say having a 5 or 10m flying lead ?
regards
Dave
