Console Beep Failure

So all of the sudden (meaning no changes or anything) I noticed the audible exit beep stopped working on all consoles. I checked all settings (even reset them) and also power cycled the panel and no luck. So I tried adding a simple automation block when a zone is violated to beep. No matter what I try - exit delay, automation block logic, chime, etc, none of the consoles will beep anymore. If I disconnect and reconnect a console it does its startup beep (same as when panel is power cycled) so I know the physical beeper is still working. I'm at a loss - any idea what it could be or what I can try?

Other than a setting, there is a command that can silence a console or all of them and and it won't start again until you start it.  In programming its under Console Beeps, All Consoles, Enable Beeps.
 
What version of FW do you have?

The beep can be turned on and off in software and also disabled for each console setup menu of each console.
Check all of those first.
