Where should I get 3 IR emitters (Preferrably Blinking) from? Also, just to confrim, I can cut the cables apart and add Cat5 in between to extend the length of the cable going to the emitter right?
Yes, you can lengthen cables with CAT5 without problem.
For your 3 emitter question: you could probably power all 3 directly with the Ocelot (as Electron seems to be doing). There just might be a bit less power available to each one so you should test each device you want to control with a single emitter connected to the Ocelot first, and then with the multiple emitters to see if that makes a difference.
