current temp won't show on snaplink

Hello,
        I have an omni 2 hai system and I just installed snaplink on my iphone 4.  When I go to the temp section the thermostats are there but they do not show the current temp.  Is there any reason for this?  I have the thermostats named, and they are controllable from the hai console.  I can see and control everything else from snaplink just no current temp.  Please help me if you know of any fix for this.

Can you view the T-stat temperatures on a console and/or in PCAccess?
