eKeypad Issue Arming

It seems that I can not arm or disarm my Elk M1 from eKeypad Alarm. Punching in a code does nothing, hitting arm does nothing. I can see zone status and it does updated as zones are violated (i.e Motions, contacts). Its only the arming function that doesnt work.

I ensure all the serial outputs are checked, I enabled 6 digit pins, I tried lots of other forum posts to no avail.

Can anyone help?

Under Users, make sure the user that's logged into eKeypad does *NOT* have the "Access" check-box checked.
