Elk M1 and PCS Pim-E Trouble

I tried to connect the PCS pim-e to my Elk M1 via the database hub tonight. However, when I connected the pim-e my keypad instantly lost power. What am I doing wrong? I've verified my wiring and everything seems correct.

Check your wiring. Would suspect a mis-pinned RJ45, assuming the hub is a regular and not a retrofit.

Yes, it's a standard database hub and I'm assuming the wiring diagram on the PCS brochure is correct.

I'm  still suspecting a bad RJ45 crimp or mis-pinned. Cut it off and reterminate.

I re-terminated the RJ-45 and it is now enrolled in the system. Now if I could only figure out how to program it to work with the Elk. Thanks for the help Del.
