Elk M1 temperature resolution & rules

I posted this in the Elk forum, but haven't gotten an answer. Does anyone know how the rules handle temperature resolution? If I specify something like "whenever temperature > 70", would that be true at 70.01°, or would that be rounded to whole numbers like the keypad display, and not trip true until 71°?

The fahrenheit temperature is integer values, so it would be 71 degrees or higher.
