Elk M1G - cant resolve conflicts

Just reinstalled a new Elk RP software on a new windows machine. So I connected to the system, obviously everything from the system came in as a conflict as everything is new to the Database. 
 
The issue is that the software won't let me select any of the items to resolve the conflicts. None of the buttons in the 'yellow' area work. 
 
Anyone got any suggestions?

Did you see the window that you have to click YES [I think it's a YES anyway] to first, before you're able to select the differences?
 
I've found that many times ElkRP does some odd things with opening a window (pop-up) then hiding it, or oddly making the active window my browser (or whatever the last active window was).

Elkrp has problems with high screen resolutions. Try changing your screen resolution to 800x600.

Also make sure that the size of objects in Windows is set to 100%
 

• Close ElkRP and return to your Desktop
• Right-Click on any blank area
• Click Personalize
• Click Display
• Make sure Smaller - 100% (Default) is selected

---OR---

• Click Control Panel
• Click Appearance and Personalization
• Click Displayd
• Make sure Smaller - 100% (Default) is selected

Try Alt-Spacebar, Down Arrow Key (once), hit enter, then use Arrow keys to move the dialog box where you can see it
