Hi -- just joined the forum and am hoping this is an easy question for someone.
I have an M1 Gold system that I'm in the process of installing. I'm using the RP software. I have one expander board in the system, but when I originally installed the board, I mistakenly set its address to "3", which I know now maps that board to zones 33-48. I have subsequently switched it back to address "2", which is working fine, but the system is still programmed with zones 33-48.
When I do a "show conflicts" in RP, these 16 zones show up as being in the system but not in the database. I have tried everything I can think of to synchronize them and delete them, but each time I do another "show conflicts", the phantom 16 zones show up in the system. All I'm trying to do is to get these deleted / unprogrammed from the system. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
