Installing a new ELK M1G and am unable to get it to dial out. The Elk phone option is configured with the phone number set for pager (also tried contact id) and to dial out on any change. The phone number is set as "D" and then the phone number. I have traced the wiring from the phone company demarc to the ELK, and it appears to be wired correctly (tip and ring). The house phone works fine. I have tried both setting off an alarm as well as the communication test option. Neither will dial out.
