ELK-M1KPNAV Help

Hi , can anyone with knowledge on ELK-M1KPNAV please help/advise on what to do , I flashed the keypad with the new firmware and at the end it shows complete, then I clicked done and this is what it shows now. See attached screenshot, it shows address 1, model M1KP, hardware 0.0, boot ver: 0.0.0, Firmware version: erased, name: Keypad 01, when I try again to update its say No keypad Update files Found.thanks for all your help in advance

Don't see any screenshots attached. Have you tried power cycling the M1 itself?

My next suggestion would be to post on the Elk M1 support forums. It looks like @brad (Brad Weeks, ELK employee) is still active there and will hopefully spot your post.
