Elk-RM Audio Problems

I am running RM throughout house on TS07 touchscreens with no problems but on my computer (WIN XP through MAC Parallels) I am active with everything except the audio buttons. i have uploaded the audio through the rm software and can control everything else but I cannot see the audio buttons. I have checked all my ports and it is all correct. I have shut down firewalls and virus protection, I have synced the RM and done all updates. I am at a loss. Any help would be appreciated

If you press the M1 Logo to go to the setup screen in ELKRM, is the Audio button checked. Checking the button makes it visible on the main screen.
