Elk RMS and Vista x64

I tried installing Elk RMS on a new vista 64bit machine and I installed net 2.0 64bit version but Elk RMS will not run. I am getting some type of net 2.0 error.

I am running 64 bit windows 7 beta1 and had issues until i ran it as admin. rt click properties of the .exe and save it as run as admin. should be fine then, otherwise check into x64 version of .net
