ElkRP NTP time of day for update

When using the 1.6.22 of ElkRP and setting up the NTP update there is a box to set the time of day that the NTP update will occur. I set the field to something like "3:26AM", hit send to control, then Close. I then go back in to the XEP config and the time of day is "0:00AM". Am I doing something wrong here? I have tried this multiple times and it is always reset to 0:00.
