Error 1137 Flash Memory Error Trouble

I recently had a notification from my monitoring company that "Protection Loop Trouble: Carbon Monoxide Down". In looking into it, I had an entirely different message in the Elk log:

1137 = FLASH MEMORY ERROR TROUBLE

I could not find anything on this at all, are there any recommended troubleshooting steps / repair actions for this?

As a note it has been awhile and I have not received additional instances of this message so I am chalking it up to a fluke.
