False wall and Transparent Acoustical panel

Hello guys, I have just green glued a wall that I'm trying to attach a false wall to it. The false wall will not be really deep. what is a transparent acoustical panel? How can I build one? And where can I buy the acoustical fabrics online? Please all help will be appreciated. Thanks

I assume you mean "acoustically transparent". That just means (simply) that the fabric doesn't affect the sound passing through it. Think speaker grills.

Google search for "acoustically transparent fabric" will get you a lot of choices...
