Filter by Forum feature

I would like to be able to quickly turn the filter on & off. When off (I have time to scan everything), I want to see everything. When on (time limited), I want to block some of the secondary (to me) forums. the filtering itself seems to work fine, but it is awkward to turn it back on.

It seems that when I want to turn it on, I have to re-select the 90% of the forums I want to see every time. Could the filter save my forum list, but allow simple filter on/off modes? I imagine most of us will have fairly static filter lists.

No easy way of changing that, but I will check with the developers and see what they suggest.
