garage door relay and announcer

Hey guys i am looking into a garage door relay that can run on UPB ,but that also gives the system the ability to announce that the garage door is closing in order to prevent any injuries. I found the UPB I/O module and I think that it would work just not sure how to tie the announcer into the module.

I'm not sure I follow exactly what you want to do here. 
 
You say you are looking for a relay, but it sounds like what you need is a contact to sense the position of the garage door.  Since you have an Omni Pro II panel, why not use a contact connected to an OP2 input to sense the door, and then have the OP2 make the announcement?

Well if I understand what you are saying the reason I can not use a standard wire contact is because this setup is a retrofit into an existing system the panel it sin the master bedroom closet not in the garage . No real way to run wires or set up the announcer.
