Greyfox Intercom Volume Too Low

Hello All..... trying to see if anyone has experienced this problem. I just installed my Greyfox Intercom with a total of 12 stations. I bought the upgraded 2.5 amp power supply. What I noticed is after the 4th station the volume on all station drops down really soft even after i max out the volume..... has anyone experienced this? You can hear it if you have anything that makes noise on i.e tv... If I connect just 4 stations to it the volume is loud enough to overcome the TV.

Any insights would be helpful.

I have had no experience with Greyfox but it's a cat5 system with RJ45 connections. Sometimes when you have a bad connection at the RJ45 end it can cause some load issues. Have you tried checking your connections with a RJ45 tester?
