HAI 36A00-1 pc serial port wiring

I just purchased a HAI UPB PLM that I want to hook up to my PC for Homeseer.

Does anyone know the pin out to go from the included HAI Omni cable to a PC serial port 9 pin?

I know you can buy serial cable, but it seems like it would be just one those rj45 to nine pin adapters which I might be able to find local.
