Hai keypad tone

So I just got an Omnipro II installed in my house. My parents got it installed in their new house as well a year ago (which is why I decided to install it as well). Because they don't understand any tech, I ended up customizing some things for them (bc the installers did not). One of which was the keypad tone. I was able to make the tone a deeper tone than what was originally default. Unfortunately I am trying to remember how to do it for myself and I am at a complete loss. All I remember is you go into the menu and when you get to a specific one, you hit the up and down keys to change the tone.
 
Does anyone seem to know what I am talking about? My poor dogs keep crying out when the security comes on, but I don't want to completely turn the sound off.

First I have ever heard about changing the pitch of the keypad sounder.  You can enter the keypad setup by holding the 4 and up arrow keys for a few seconds... but there is only sounder on/off and key click on/off.

hrm very odd. I know a few pads I turned the sound off completely, but I distinctly remember messing with the tone for a few. Is it possible to change the tone on the 5.7e touchscreens?

You can have the 5.7es play wave files

As far as I know, the consoles have
Piezo buzzers with an on off input.
