Hai Omni Pro II with Russound CAV6.6 Problem

Hi everyone,

I'm connecting HAI Omni Pro II to 4 Russound CAV6.6 to control 20 zones in the building.

I filled Russound 1, 2, 3 with 6 zones and last Russound (4) with the remained 2 zones. All connected via RNET and the first Russound to HAI Omni Pro II controller

All the Uno-S2 work for 20 zones. However the Omni Touch screen 5.7 only control 16 zones. (I have 2 touchscreens in the system)

Omni touch screnn could not control the last two zones (5 &6) of Russound #3 and two zones (1, 2) of the Russound #4.

Aynone has any solution to fix this issue please help. Your help is very appreciated.

Make sure you have each of the CAV6.6 systems set to the proper controller address and have set the serial port function in the OmniPro II to "Russound" and not "Russound E/C Series". Also, each audio zone needs to be named in the HAI controller so that you can access it from the touchscreen.
