HAI OnQ PC Software trouble

I recently bought a house with HAI OnQ home automation a and I would to be able to run the system from my PC. The previous owner did this and I am struggling to understand what I have and how to do this. I would like to know if their is an installer in the Milwaulkee, WI area who can assist me.

HAI and OnQ are two different companies - curious what you mean; maybe an OnQ enclosure with an HAI Omni panel inside?  If you can elaborate on what's installed I'm sure people here could help you make sense of it - you should be able to control from computer and smartphone if it's a new Omni controller.

@Work2play - there was once an OnQ branded version of the HAI panel.

@OP - Some pictures of the panel or model #'s would help.  We could then tell you what HAI model your OnQ model was equivalent to.

I played with an OnQ branded like Omni LT board a few months ago.  It did come up with the PCA software; just stating it was an OnQ board and couldn't talk to it.

I called up HAI Tech.  They did say I could upgrade the firmware chips to make the board an HAI LT board.  Same hold true for the OnQ HAI OPII board labeled OnQ.

Interesting - learned something new.  I had seen OnQ's own offerings for a while - didn't know they private labeled HAI's at one point.
