HAI RC1000 & Isolation Module

I'm installing 3 RC1000's and am told that I need isolation modules to power them. Anyone know much about these? 2 Questions:
1. Is the isolation module for the RC80 the same as the one needed for the RC1000? (I can't seem to find a model number for one for the RC1000)
2. It calls for a transformer? Can I attach these to the same transformer for the omnipro or do I need a seperate transformer? If I need seperate, can I use 1 transformer for all 3 thermo's or do I need 1 transformer for each?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Who told you that you "need" the isolation module? Why? It depends on the circumstances but if you are running a "standard" forced air/AC system and have the wiring infrastructure in place, the transformer for the existing HVAC system should run the stat just fine. If you have a unique install or the transformer in place now can't source the current that the stat needs, you'll want to add some juice. In my experience, it's cheaper to run the stats into 24VAC relays, fed by their own x-former, and just trigger with the stat's on board relays. If you do go the isolation module route, you should have no problem with using a single 24/20 or 24/40 x-former. Other's here may have better ideas, though.

Gopsu,
There are several reasons that an isolation module may be required. This is normally a case when you have a HVAC that runs on voltage other than 24VAC, or to make the RC series compatible to specific uncommon HVAC systems. The isolation module can also be used to fix a power stealing problem (but not the only solution, the power supply module is a cheaper solution). If the source that led you believe you need an isolation module is reliable and has more intimate knowledge of your HVAC (compared to our assumptions on this board), you may just want to go ahead with the isolation module. You are more than welcome to post your HVAC specifics here if you want, and I can give you my recommendations of what you need.

The isolation module is the same module for all HAI thermostats (RC80 - RC2000).

Thanks,
Ryan
