Haiku Haiku no longer showing light activity

Hoping someone will have some ideas on this one.

The Haiku app is no longer showing the status of any of the lights in my house. I have it installed on two iPads, and it stopped working on both. It used to work perfectly...on the "Control" page the bulb would be illuminated if the light was on, and the bulb wold be dark if the light was off. Now they always remain dark.

Funny thing is, I can still control all the lights with the Haiku app. That works as it should. If I select a light on in the app, it will turn on and illuminate the bulb in the app. Same thing if I turn it off.

I just don't see the activity in the app when I turn the lights on manually or when they illuminate automatically from a program in the Omni II.

The only thing that has changed recently in my setup is I purchased and installed a new HAI PIM. (By "installed" I mean I unplugged the old PIM and replaced it with the new one). The old PIM was not working properly.

I've already tried deleting the app from my iPad and reinstalling it.

--I should add that other items (like audio, security, climate) all continue to function properly in Haiku.

Ideas?

What about other places, such as touch panels or keypads, is the status updated as normal?

Try power-cycling the controller. Also ensure you have the latest version of Haiku installed.

Thanks luping. So, obviously the problem isn't with Haiku after all. When I check my keypad, the status of the room lights matches the Haiku apps. In other words, the lights are not sending their status.

The only thing I can think of is that it's related to me swapping out my PIM.

Does anyone have any specific steps I should follow when swapping out an HAI PIM for a new HAI PIM? I thought It would be as simple as just unplugging the old and plugging inthe new.

By power cycle, do you mean cut the power to it and disconnect the backup battery? Haven't done that before, but I can.

There was also a bug identified in Haiku 3.70 that can cause unit statuses not to update on controller firmware 3.10A or older. An update correcting this has been submitted to the App Store.

Okay, I thought I was going crazy. I just updated yesterday and they are no longer updating. I must have controller firmware 3.10A or older I guess.

...and here I was frantically resetting my PIM this morning with no luck.... ;)

....updating firmware now.....

I think I'm experiencing his on 3.9 fw. Could it be possible?
