Help with XEP - no emails!?!

Hi

I have a new M1G install + XEP, etc. Everything is working fine after a bit of tweaking, except for XEP: the bugger just won't send any emails!

I tried the XEP troubleshooting utlity: it said everything is OK, but when I click on the button "Send test email" it just poped up with a blank panel without any diagonstics.

On the XEP itself I reied my ISP's email server, then smtp.gmail.com, different reciepient emails - every time it said that the message was sent, but nothing came on any of the addresses.

I have updated XEP firmware and bootloader to the latest version but that did not help

Any thoughts?

Read some other posts here and realised that gmail won't work. No SSL!?!. Anyway - my ISP provide unencrypted connection on port 25 and I can telnet intoit without any issues. Will try the GMX next ....

Lavabit + manually hard coded all DNS, etc settings did the job.. hurray!
