Someone pointed out that they are still seeing the regular prices. If so, your browser has cached the pages, so force it to reload our web site and you should see the sale prices. The sale price for the Bronze tier is $149, so if you see that, you know you have the right stuff.
And, to answer another question, if you want to upgrade to another tier, you only have to pay the difference between the original price you paid and the sale price of the tier you want to upgrade to.
