Yesterday I was trying a small 10W halogen low voltage light with an integrated electronic transformer. The switch was a Vizia RF RZI06, which is an incandescent-only switch. Much to my surprise, the RZI06 worked perfectly and dimming worked perfectly too. Is that normal? Is that dangerous for the LV transformer?
I haven't checked if the RZI06 managed to bleed enough current through the transformer to respond to Zwave commands too, but everything else (LEDs...) worked.
I have seen what a RZI06 does to a CFL bulb, and that wasn't pretty (tac-tac-tac).
