I am no expert, but here is my take: Any of them can be hooked to the DS10A, but since their analog values register 0-1000, the DS10A may trip at a level of 5 or 50, either way, they work, but you may find them to be too sensitive. So putting a resistor inline, you can make them less sensitive, not easily adjustable though. So any of the analog force sensor will still create an open closed state that works with the DS10A.
I bought one of the voltage dividers, I did not really get results from it, so I wired the force sensors directly to my 8/8/8 board and then I adjust sensitivity via the software for the 8/8/8. Maybe it can be used with the DS10A, but really I just suggest getting one of their IO boards like the 8/8/8 then. You get digital and analog inputs plus digital outs for relay boards,etc. They have source in many languages for all their stuff so it is easy to link to any HA stuff.
