Hi guys;
I have a few TV's around my house which all have IR Targets connected to them which plug in directly to ethernet sockets behind the TV's. These travel directly to my wiring closet. From here I have used patch cables and cut the ends and connected all the IR targets together and then connected them to a single cable which plugs into a target/emitter box.
From the target/emitter box, the IR signals are converted back to ethernet and sent to the emitters which control a few devices.
For some reason, some of the IR targets only work some of the time. Otherwise it seems to work.
I was wondering if there is sort of an IR Hub i could use, plug all the targets in via ethernet and then use the hub to send the IR code to the emitters?
I know this might not be 100% clear, but i hope you follow.
