Oh yeah, xsp unit. Forgot about that. By the way, I have one of those whose only function (in my system) is to blink once a second.
It is an amazing thing to think about what happens when I push that remote. My Harmony 890 sends an RF signal to its home base, which converts it to IR, which the ISY picks up and executes a program, which sends a power line command the kpl, which turns on and sends a power line acknowledge on command, which the ISY picks up and translates to IP, which my router routes to the Elk XEP, which converts to an rs485 command, which the Elk picks up, which causes a rule to execute, which turns the alarm on.
It's a wonder that it ever works, and yet it pretty much is 100%
