Is my keypadlinc dead?

Well.. I guess it's going to turn out to be a silly question...

I've got a 6 key keypadlinc with dimmer that I'm trying to use.

It doesn't light up or "come on" when I put it in the circuit but I tried 2 other switchlincs and a keypadlinc in the same location and they work fine.

Before I go any further I'm just wondering if there are any diagnostic steps that I can take to see exactly what the problem might be. The instruction booklet doesn't say anything with regards to this.

Or is this puppy ready for the junk heap?

I had one do the same thing. Tech support had me try a reset with no luck but after that I got an RMA.

Tried the reset - no joy.
