I'm new to this and looking at a whole house audio system to add to the Home automation. Is this a good system? http://www.htd.com/MCA66SET-KC6 What are the pros and cons of it. Would you recommend something completely different? Thanks

It is usually helpful to list out the features and functionality that you want in a system. Compare it to an existing product like in your post. Then try to drive the discussion around the differences noted. You should also be prepared to discuss at some level your home's electrical wiring.

I have been using that system for many years without problems, I have the other keypads for mine that I think look a little nicer. I know some people don't like that you don't have all your metadata on the keypads like on some of the more expensive systems, I almost never touch the keypad anyways and see no point in trying to read info off of them when I have a nice screen on an iPad or phone for that.
