Just joined the forum, planning on attending the NTHAUG Jan meeting. New owner/installer of Elk M1G, currently handling all security in home, about to jump on the HA bandwagon, and trying to make sence of all the protocols.....

Hi there, read read read read read. There is so much information on this forum it is almost impossible to keep up with it all. A good place to start is the how-to section and reviews section. Make sure you get use out of the definitions section also. Visit the live chat as often as possible and you will pick up HA in no time.
