Keypadlinc loosing power

I am having an issue with two of my keypadlincs. One of them started this about 5 weeks ago, the other started 2 weeks ago. They act as if they have no power (that is, nothing lights up and the buttons do not work) and I can not find any apparent reason. If I perform the reset (pull air gap out for 5 secs or so and then push back in) they instantly work without problem until the next random time they do it again.

This has not coincided with any power outage at our house, it appears at random intervals, and the two keypadlincs do not do it at the same time.

They both operate normally with this exception.

Before I adventure into this with smarthome, any thoughts? I poked around the forums here with a few searches but did not see anything similar.

Read down to 06/05/08 - It appears 'AD8BC' had a similar problem.

check the link provided by smarthome in that post - it is a "glitch" - they tell you how to reset it - there is no offer to exchange it
 
Thanks to everyone. I had forgotten about Techmall. It does appear to be a common problem. I am having to keep a small flathead screwdriver out to reset them now almost daily.

I will give Smarthome a call next week and see what they say. They are all under warranty, as if that does any good with them.
