LED Moodlights for Sauna/Steamroom

Well, fiber optics is probably going to be beyond my capabilities in routing through a tile ceiling. That's a lot of little holes in tile.

Right now we just have a can light in the middle of the ceiling, and I'll put a dimmer on it for sure, but I was hoping for something just a bit more soothing or interesting.

Im in Australia, I went into an Australian shop (last week), this one: http://www.beaconshop.com.au/index.php?GroupID=24
And they have flush mount outside led lights that change colour.
There is a controller that has the following settings : colour change fast, colour change slow,, stop. To enable setting a colour or slowly fluctuating colour.

They aren't on the online catalogue so they must be new.
The lamps are 16 (aus) dollars each, don;t know about the controller, bu one controller can drive many lamps.
So I guess Im not much help.
