Lightolier Compose PCL switch manual

I have a bunch of compose switches in an box and decided to use them for a project I am working on.
 
The issue is I forget how to program them for house code and unit codes :-(.
 
Does anyone have the programming manual or steps handy?

House Code - press and hold the set button and top of the paddle switch for 3 seconds. LED on left of switch will show the house code. Keep set switch pressed in and use switch top and bottom to adjust house code. LED shows code in binary - bottom LED only = A, second LED only = B, first and second LED lit C, etc.

Room Code - same as above but press bottom of rocker switch while holding set button to enter programming.
