living room door issue

Good morning folks,

I just noticed my living room door contact is showing as short and a voltage of 0.0.

Here is the status/volts info when door is in open position.

and here is the status/volts info when I close the door.

Is my door contact bad?

no think of the contact as a switch with two positions, open and close(short) but it looks like that zone does not have an EOLR like the rest of your zones(above it) do

I don't recall if I put a resistor or not but looking at the zone settings, you are right. On the other zones, I configured EOLR since I put a 2200 ohm resistor if I remember correctly. I'm glad that it's fine.
