Lutron QS Shades w/ Radio RA2

I'm looking for recommendations as to where to order shades from.  My brother-in-law sells Radio RA2 (although he's a few hundred miles away from me), and has done my whole system.  He does not have experience ordering shades, and we're both a little leery about making sure that everything is correct when pulling the trigger, as the WAF with shades is much more important with something like shades than it is with a light switch.  I'm trying to do one large set of windows that would be 9 separate blinds.
 
Does anyone have any recommendations, or can share who you've ordered from?  I'm strictly looking for someone to order - we'll do the install / programming.  I've made calls locally - the local Lutron dealer recently severed ties with Lutron - wouldn't go into details.

Can your brother-in-law sign up for shade training?  It's a good opportunity, for him.  When he's done, he can order the shades.  Lutron will help him order.
 
And, it's not rocket science, for basic shades.
 
The cost will be very high, for Lutron shades.
 
I've seen some distributors online that sell Lutron shades, though I'm unsure if you need to be shade certified to order.  I'm pretty sure I've seen some Lutron shades at Worthington - though unsure if they were roller shades.  I think most roller shades are cut by Lutron, from dealer orders.
