On my display of the M1G only one of my Keypads shows a Running Clock in the Top left Cornner? What does this Mean? Is it doing somthing? And why only on 1 of the Keypads?

Because you have the box in ELKRP for showing the time on the keypad unchecked on the other keypads.

That's the timeout timer. It lets you know that you can enter commands without entering your code again. It times out by itself.

is there a way to change the setting on that? this one locatin will have that clock on untill i hit the star??

No need to hit the * key. It will timeout on its own. No way to change the time. If you want to stand there and stare at the keypad and not see the timer, hit * and it will disappear.

The only thing is that it is not timming out!!!! My Wife Turned off the alarm at 3:00 am and it was sill there at 7:00 am

Then that's a problem. It should timeout in about a minute. Maybe try a reboot by powering the M1 down and then turning it back on. If that doesn't work then a call to tech support is in order.
