M1Gold M1kpas "F" keys

I have an m1kpas keypad in the bedroom. My wife did not want the LEDs on because they were too bright even on the lowest setting. I set it to turn off LEDs when keypad inactive but I now have lost the ability to use "F" keys. In addition to that I now have to enter my code to arm/disarm.

Has anyone experienced this?

I have the same problem with having to enter the code to arm. It's annoying. I did not turn off the LEDs either, it just started doing it out of the blue.

mine did the same until I upgraded firmware/bootware

mine did the same until I upgraded firmware/bootware

Upgraded firmware/bootware then performed the enroll function(did not work until I did this). Everything working now
