*** M1XEP communicate with Surgaurd 5?

Apparently the XEP has not been communicating with the USA Central Station since the Alarm co changed services from Affiliated Monitoring. Uplink 4500EZ works fine. Apparently I was told they use Surgaurd 5 for receiver. Did not have any issues with Affiliated monitoring.
 
Does M1XEP communicate with Surgaurd 5?

Receiver is a moot point. All account information issues, either the template or automation software. They should be able to see raw data from the XEP. What was done to migrate your system to their receiver?

DEL - Initially I guess just the GSM info was updated as my Alarm guy switched Central Station about six months ago. Initially I didn't think about updating the XEP info. Come to find out I was missing the Acct # and the port needed to be opened up on the router.
Are you familiar with USA Central Monitoring station? Are they good?

I use USA central out of CT/Port Chester NY.
