M1xep died/ replacement rejects the remote programming access code

I'm sorry if I missed something in the forums.Im using an xp machine that I used to access only a month ago. I replaced my m1xep, enrolled with the keypad, searched and found the new one. I then copy the IP address and rp code of 24680, secure port is 2601. I connect and it attempts but then disconnects. Thanks for any help
