trying ti connect to my RP2 but i get a message saying System rejected the remote access programming code. I tried entering the original and what I would have always had. Why am I getting this issue. What do I do to troubleshoot
Your access code is accessable in the "account detail" screen in RP. Connect to the panel with RP, confirm that the access code is visible in the account details screen and thensend the account details to the panel.
