M1XEP Email notification with Comcast stopped working today

My M1XEP stopped sending emails today. It was working great yesterday. No changes whatsoever to the system, but no notifications today. Is there a log somewhere to see what is happening with regards to sending emails from the M1XEP? My SMTP server is through Comcast and my handset is an iPhone FWIW.

Well crud. I powered cycled my iPhone off, then on. Suddenly there were 11 texts and 1 voice mail when the iPhone turned on again. Thus, my Elk M1XEP was sending messages fine. However, my AT&T service was less than fine. Power cycling the iPhone took care of the problem today. I guess this is AT&T's contribution to the "iPhone ownership experience". I'm not sure if it is possible to look at the iPhone and see that there is a problem receiving messages. Frustrating. I note Google has 880,000 hits for "AT&T sucks". Ha! iPhoners beware.
