I called them again..............

They assured me they are sending an ABN overnight via FEDEX. I have to hope that is correct.

In the last 4 years I never had a hiccup. I honestly could not lock my door and get to my car before I got a text that my system was armed. Then recently the ABN was flaking out so I want to replace it for now at least.

Where I work we are designing a GSM unit. It should be up and running by the fall. I will just volunteer to be a beta site and have that as my backup.

I will keep you in mind. Also maybe for some pre beta testing we are required to do if you know what I mean.

Well I got home from work late last night and the ABN had arrived as promised. I went to install it this morning and I cannot since there is no means for me to add the new ABN number into Next Alarm online system. SO I have a useless ABN until I get back from vacation when I can call Nextalarm.

Had they not stalled for days I could have had this resolved or switched to a new alarm company.

Lesson learned I cannot count on NextAlarm.
